NAVY BLUE GRADIENT BACKGROUND
I have changed the background to a Navy Blue Gradient background which I think pairs really nice with your suit. Also, I would like to point out that I fixed your loose tie even though that was not part of your demands. I made it so that it appears to be correctly tightened around the neck/collar which puts you more together as a whole. I hope this looks good to you and you can instruct me with further steps to make this happen!

Also for some reason the skin color looks a little bit like artificial, I would like it to look more natural. And maybe not so red lips.

Hello, you version looks awesome. Please download my own retouch version (PSD) and compare what I've changed, I would like you to change it too. There are few things, eg. make overlapping sleeve on my hand on the left, fix my little finger appearance, remove unnecessary fat from under my chin, slightly shorten my hair above ears. All these changes should be visible on my own retouch psd, for you as a guidance. Thank you

Also, I have retouched your beard to be more even with less awkward lines and spots which I think made a big difference overall.
