Seeking a seasoned FullCalendar expert to execute some specific tweaks to the timegrid column in resource view. My requirements are as follows:

- Modify column width , look at the picture . I need to custom the width of the column ( Any Tech ) to 40% and the rest -60% with divide evenly the total column left ( maybe 3,,5,8,...... )
