Have AROC in block letters on the shirt but the letters are made up of specific words in a variety of different sizes. See examples included.

Here are the words for the T-Shirt. Feel free to design in a way that looks cool but the ones in ALL CAPS are the most important so having some of those be the bigger ones if possible. I would also say have ACCOUNTABLE, RELENTLESS, OPEN and CARING being in a bigger font. Have the letters AROC across the chest and designed to be made up of the words below (see list and examples)

In the A – ACCOUNTABLE, OWNERSHIP, HIGH STANDARDS, discipline, RELIABLE, trust, DEPENDABLE, Look in the mirror, Embrace role, PREPARED, CONSISTENT, process driven, know your shit

In the R – RELENTLESS, RESILIENT, work ethic, adapting, EVOLVING, improving, EFFORT, Challenge, PASSION, attack, TOUGHNESS, GRIT, pursue success, control the controllables, get after it, energetic, achieve

In the O – OPEN, HUMBLE, CURIOUS, good listener, INCLUSIVE, daring, open to ideas, flexible, vulnerable, willing to change, UNIQUE, AUTHENTIC, embrace personalities, be you, learn, empower

In the C – CARING, Empathetic, SELFLESS, person & player, RESPECT, connection, TOGETHER, give a shit, FUN, collaborate, teamwork, invested

If you need other words to make things fit here are some options: family, feel, integrity, truth, honesty
