I know my work experience looks like I am a “Jack of All Trades” but in a good way since I am a competent one. I have been with International Business Process Outsourcing companies for almost nine years. I started as a Customer Service Representative for a U.S. airline account for two years then transferred to a U.S. health insurance account where I stayed for about two years. I also experienced up-selling with U.S. hotel reservations account for almost three years then worked as a Collections Specialist for a U.S. mortgage account doing both inbound and outbound campaign. I earned some awards like Best in Customer Satisfaction Score, Master in Conversion Rate (up-selling) and Best Agent. I always make sure to give all the best that I can for every job or role assigned to me. This is where I learned that I need to be a freelancer instead, where I can use all my mastered skills and not just focus on one single task.
