Hello! My name is Diyah and I am excited to work with you in the future. My specialty is in Customer Service focusing to attend the needs of customers. I am also trained to work in a different line of business such as email, taking in calls, documenting information and chat support. Been in the BPO Industry for 7 years and I've encountered different campaigns. I learned a lot of things with the past experiences I had, I learned how to be patient at all times because we are talking and assisting different types of customers. I also learn how to adapt to changes easily because there are a lot of updates on the work that we are doing. Lastly, I learned how to be more hardworking and to work independently with less supervision.
