Hi, my name is Annie. I speak English fluently. I have been working as a virtual assistant for nearly 5 years and work involved so many activities that totally enhanced my skill.
My daily routine and most important thing that I do for a company (EEC Corp, California USA) is to call contractors and schedule out an order and negotiate with them for a price to complete a certain job that our client (Altisource) needs us to complete in a limited time. The work includes coordinating with bank (represented by Altisource) for orders. Once the work is done by contractors, I have to assign work in our company to review pictures, to fill out forms, to create proposals/bids/estimates subject for bank approval.
This routine enhances my communication skills as I speak/manage roughly 15 individuals in one company, as well as coordinate with Indians (representing the bank). Google spreadsheet, Gmail, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc), Adobe PDF, etc., are dailly tools I work with.
