During the last 5 years in my current role I have gained impeccable skills, and have had to undertake colossal amounts of work on fast paced deadlines. The role is to design quality artwork for clients for both print and digital advertising. I work to imminent deadlines, as the magazine is a weekly publication. I pride myself in achieving outstanding results with a creative flair as mentioned regularly in my feedback. As well as the magazine being a weekly publication, I am also responsible for the design and build of client email campaigns using HTML/CSS. Currently, these campaigns are being sent out everyday, meaning it is imperritive that artwork is completed at a fast pace without neglecting quality. While I am more than comfortable using e-shot in order to create these campaigns, alternatively, I also have an extensive knowledge of Dotmailer. Other duties include delegating tasks to 2 Junior designers and maintaining a steady workflow within the department such as, web banners/buttons, flyers/brochures, marketing and exhibition material for the sales team. Management of the IEM website (CMS - Wordpress) is also in my jurisdiction.

Newsquest was my initial position within the graphic design world where I built my foundations. Many of the duties helped me to develop the skills that I currently possess as a graphic designer. These duties included the design of various advertisements using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign. The adverts would appear in the likes of Lifestyle, Envy, The Wedding Book, & also numerous Newspapers and Magazines across Lancashire & Cheshire.
