308756 Need Sitemap + Page Redirects

This project consists of two parts:

1) Sitemap - I need a Sitemap for my website. The Sitemap must be in xml format and must comply with [url removed, login to view] protocol. The change frequency is "monthly" and priority is "1.0" across the board (these variables will be adjusted later by my web developer).

PLEASE NOTICE: All cgi URLs, as well as all pages in the /products/ folder must point to www.azhearing.com. All other URLs must point to [url removed, login to view]

2) Page Redirects - I currently have four websites. I want a simple script (to be installed on .htaccess) that redirects visitors from [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] to [url removed, login to view] . These redirects are to be permanent (301 coded).

PLEASE NOTICE: All cgi URLs, as well as all pages in the /products/ folder must point to [url removed, login to view] instead.

Project requires file/script creation only. Installation is not required as I can do it myself.
