USPS ColdFusion Web Service

We need to create an abstraction layer with USPS so that we can get shipping quotes, print postage, add special services and track packages. Please propose CFCs function names, variables/parameters types & return values . Function must return an XML structure. You must have understanding of how USPS web services work and provide simple abstraction layer, along with a basic test site in coldfusion so that it can be tested. also include some basic documentation of how to use services.

Instead of Coldfusion will use JAVA
