Actionscript tweak and development

Tweak attached template to add functionalities. You must take a good look at the files to understand the description. Specially the [url removed, login to view] file:

- create buttons in loaded swf files that can load and unload elements onto the stage

- tweak the [url removed, login to view] file to add load/unload capabilities

- create a .swf to capture live webcam. Network webcam Axis with mjpeg video

- create a .swf that shows icons corresponding to an hourly updated csv file (weather indications). One image capture per hour. The swf will show the last image capture and the corresponding weather conditions

- create a .swf with a calendar that shows a daily updated .flv (the user chooses on the calendar which video to watch

- Please add to your bid 20 hours of actionscripting for general help.
