When you login as a regular single user I need Dashboard elements changed, but no changes when you login as a business or professional. When You login and go to the dashboard I need Insights and Manage Ads deleted and off the dashboard. The Manage Jobs tab needs to be changed to "Job Listings" and linked to the corresponding page. As well in update packages I need the "standard for customers package" to not have Number of jobs(s), Number of ADS, Featured ADs, or Featured ad for. I just need the package to simple have favorites listings, Unlimited Reviews, and Community Interaction.
