Marketing, research and analytics assistant

Looking for an assistant to work with me on a monthly basis on the following types of tasks:
--Various forms of research i.e. identifying product manufacturers, fact-checking for blog posts
--Help putting together performance reports
--Help building lists i.e. contact lists, lists of bloggers
--Help updating certain types of content on our website via the CMS
--Help monitoring ad campaigns
--Help adding captions to YouTube videos
--Send our newsletter
The ideal candidate:
--Speaks and writes perfect English
--Has at least 3 years experience in digital marketing
--Is familiar with Google Analytics and social media analytics and can apply the data into actionable optimizations
--Is familiar with Facebook ad management
--Has used the following: Mailchimp, Wordpress, YouTube creator studio, PhotoShop, Canva, all the applications within Google Drive
-- Can create performance reports using spreadsheets and powerpoint
