Fix login issues on our Wordpress site using: Sensei andPilotPress with Ontraport

We just finished building an online school on Wordpress using PilotPress and Sensei plugins and Ontraport as the back end system that processes cards and adds clients to the membership(s) when they purchase them.
We did a soft launch and allowed a few clients into the school and turned up some issues.
We need someone to fix the issues that we have come up so that there are no problems with anyone logging in or accessing their membership area.
Here are the issues in detail:
Some people try to log in and it says "incorrect log in data". This happens on multiple devices, after clearing cache, etc but then they can log in fine the next day.
Some people log in and then when they click on their membership course they have purchased get kicked back to the home page. This happened twice and in both cases a 2nd user was somehow created for them with a very strange and long username so we were able to delete it and they could access their members'a area fine.
Some clients logged in, got into the membership but then got kicked to a page that said, "this is embarrassing" and then could not get back into the site at all.
The Ontraport experts from their customer service team said that Pilot Press and Sensei have issues working together.
This is what we know so far.
We need someone who thinks this is an easy to fix problem who can handle it immediately.
Whoever we find may find more work with us in the future.
