Create a simple string quiz plugin for WordPress

Name of the plugin is Arkham Thai Trainer. The plugin allows admin to create the questions and the normal website users to answer the questions. The idea is to help the website users to learn vocabulary of a new language. I will use the plugin for Thai language.
The plugin must be compatible with the latest version of WordPress, it must be coded in English (English function names, comments, variable names etc) and with the recommended pratcises as set forth by WordPress Codex.
Each question is a string with and has a string answer, that is, user who is doing the quiz types in the answer as text.
For example, a question could be: "Write in Thai: Chicken", and the user would write his answer as a string. Notice that there can be multiple correct answers.
