Build a search and import wordpress plugin for Walmart Grocery

I want a plugin only for Walmart Grocery. I am also providing you the API i.e. https://grocery.walmart.com.
I need the following functionality:
1. Keyword search - Search Walmart grocery products using a Keyword
2. Auto-populate all categories and subcategories. Also, provide a sync button, on click, it should refresh all the categories and subcategories from the API.
3. Search the product using categories and subcategories
4. Search Using Store-Name
5. Search Using Store Location or Store ID (Multiple store IDs must be allowed)
6. Import and sync functionality - For example, I input the store ID, then import it to my website and also sync the data and stock availability.
7. Filter for Pick-up/Delivery.
8. Price multiplier while importing the product.
9. Search shipping options (very important) meaning if I search for coffee form store XYZ, Walmart will show me if that item has in-store pickup (for that item from that store) or next day delivery, or instore pick up 2 days or next day shipping or whatever the available shipping options are.
10. Add all to the import list after searching a store (see screenshot)
11. Import product using product id or URL (see screenshot)
12. The import should not be duplicated (if I search tomorrow for coffee and it’s already imported it should not allow me to select checkbox (similar to that eBay example plugin)
