wordpress changes

I have had my site converted to wordpress livetelephoneanswering.co. uk . The problem is as follows:
1. The drop down menu links still link to the old pages that are not part of wordpres ( all links throughout must link to the new wordpress pages )
2. Pages seem to be .php ...they should be /
3. The page titles and description, keywords in scource code on most pages do not match what they was before they were put into wordpress ( i can send copies of what they was before )
4. pages seem to be named slightly different to how they was done before... for example the page /howitworks and wrongly been renamed to how-it-works ( i need these all corrected where neccesary )
5. I only need the pages showing in wordpress to be corrected!!!
6. if you google my site ..pages such as /howitworks etc seem to show yet when you click on them..they go to 404 page not found...i need these links corrected or redirected so they go to the relevant page
Please do not bid unless you speak perfect english and can do this job perfectly!!!!
I have put this donw as a weeks work but that was mistake. this can be done in a couple of hours easily with the right person.
