I'm looking for a Windows application developer(VB.NET) from Chennai , India.
Requirement is to have rewrite a windows application completely using latest .NET Framework(ver 4.5) with few additional changes.
Application would have 30 - 40 screens and few SSRS reports(10-15 reports).
Time line : 45 days ( don't bid if you're not able to complete within agreed timeline)
