website copy

i have an existing website os commerce i wish products to be exported to a new website that also has an os commerce

web template on it at the moment with no products in it it would requre

and then the website to copy in its entirety back to the existing site , leaving both sites working

1 x all products and images importing

2 x all database importing and linking done

3 x front end of website copying to new site ie all contact us pages info pages , about us pages etc

3 x logo from old site implementing into new site

4 x WYSIWYG text editor adding to the item editor / product

5 x all postal and carrier zones copying over to new site

6 x all existing customer details copying to new site

7 x the old site MUST remain functional and working after export

8 x new slider images to be created from supplier logos

9 x both sites will be same after export / import of data
