Re-design a website

Organisation Overview:

Mohanji International Foundation®, founded by Mohanji is a global not-for-profit organisation registered in 14 countries and conducting programs in over 60 countries. Headquartered in Switzerland, Mohanji Foundation® works with a single point focus of “adding value to the society”.

Through various Meditations, energy cleansing, Yoga, Conscious Dancing™, Conscious Walking™, Consciousness Kriya™ and other techniques introduced by Mohanji, volunteers and members of the Mohanji Global Family adds value to the community they live in by delivering Mohanji’s teachings and techniques to people from various walks of life.

Website Objectives:

Branding/Positioning: Being a global organisation working towards adding value to the society, the website must imbibe Foundation’s values. Focus must be on:

1. Statistics – project numbers at technique/activity level (# of countries, # of sessions, # of people benefitted, etc.)

2. Highlighting Mohanji as a “friend” whose intent is to add value to the society. Most importantly, not get caught in the cliché of Spiritual guru, guide, mystic, etc. Focus on what he has delivered and what his mission, vision values are.

Content updates:

1. Build the product highlighting:

a. Techniques delivered

b. Programs

2. Ability to bring in the blogs (BM, QAwM) and present it in a manner which is easily searchable and consumable.

1. Current website has an element of religion attached to it.

2. Though techniques are listed, the aspect of “value” delivered to the society is missing

3. Custom signature programs pages is out-of-sync with rest of the website.

New Website Functionality Requirements

Our new website will need:

• An easy-to-use content management system (CMS)

• Intuitive navigation

• Clean and focused design

• Create a template/pathway for sub-domain/sub-domain to be created for techniques, programs and projects.

• All applicable content imported from current site

• Optimized with SEO best practices

• Clear path to conversion/lead generation

• Integrate blog (BM, QAwM). If this is not possible, then we need to bring in these blogs or make it sub-folder/sub-domain

• Social media integration (share buttons, follow buttons, etc.)

• Email update sign-up form

• Contact Form

• Payment gateway integration to receive payments for various programs (India and international) along with donations

• Improved donations page

Delivery approach

We will adopt agile delivery approach where the tech-team from Mohanji Foundation will closely work with the vendor at every iteration of the project.

Expected Deliverables

1. Style guide – that resonates with our organisation, branding and positioning of Mohanji

2. Website build based on the requirements

3. Any assets that gets produced during the website design and development process

Timeline:

We expect this project to be completed within 2-3 month timeframe. A MVP will be agreed by vendor and Mohanji Foundation which gets delivered as 1st release with a 2 week delivery cycle (iteration) planned.
