We have a front-end responsive admin theme in Bootstrap (HTML, CSS and Javascript framework). We want this customized to display data from our MySQL database. The database is for restaurants and customers who use our customized software. The desire now is to improve the look and feel of this by no longer using our v1.0 admin and incorporate the features of this template page and create a "Dashboard" for the restaurant owners to view the information we have collected in the database.
The template package has a number of templates for typography, forms, buttons, tables, navigation, modals, image carousels and many other, as well as optional JavaScript plugins. What we need from this package is for you to customize our “Dashboard” layouts using the plugins (graphs, widgets, calendar, contacts, etc) featured in the package.

We will not be using all the features of this template. Instead, we have selected 10 total pages for our customized backend admin template. There will be two backend versions. One is for the restaurants who will have a "Dashboard" and will have 7 pages with approximately 17 widgets that must be put onto those 7 pages.
The second backend is the same look of the Dashboard, but will be for our owner admin side and this will be 3 pages using the same features but aggregating the data from all the restaurants so we see the big picture data, whereas the Restaurant dashboard will be for each individual owner to see his restaurants data.
Each widget used will involve about 5 pieces of data to pull from our database and you will have to customize the widget to make it fit on the page as we have designed it. What we want to say is that we will follow the basic layout as it is given but we are using widgets in a customized manner.
You will not be able to just link the data to the template as it is given. You will have to customize the pages by using the widgets we have selected and then link that with our database from our business URL.
This template is mobile responsive so you will have to make sure that when looking at these 10 pages, when the frame size goes smaller, the widgets will become independent and stack on top of eachother.
Timeline and Communication:
This will need to be a full time project. We expect this can be done in 2 weeks time with 1 week for revisions with a full time team devoted to it. We will require daily updates to see the progress.
We will break this out into 10 milestones so that you can get paid in full for developing each page as you go. You should do this sequentially so that it is easier for you to get paid and for us to test the work.
Do not try to do the entire backend at the same time. If you do not complete each page to 100% accuracy the milestone will not be released.
We will pay an on-time bonus. And if you do not complete at least 70% of the project by the deadline we will request that we work with another group and pay you only for what you have done 100%.
We would like to work with a competent team who can manage updates to this "Dashboard" in the future. We want a long term partner.
