We are seeking professionals who can create graphics, responsive websites, watch and mobile (IOS/Android) apps, create site content for clients demanding the highest professional standard. Developers skilled in professional standards based development with demonstrated proficiency in Ruby development, proven proficiency in cross-browser, cross-platform development in compliance with W3C Web Standards for responsive wed site designs, create and modify templates including the ability to work with plugins and create custom themes. Professionals versed in PHP, WordPress, CSS.3.0, JavaScript (jQuery). You must have the ability to modify templates and WordPress plugins where necessary to extend their functionality. Development knowledge in PHP and associated programming experience is essential as is comprehensive working knowledge of WooCommerce and Drupal CMS.
DEVELOPERS MUST HAVE SOME OF THE FOLLOWING CAPABILITIES
You must have proven proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, PSD to HTML, CSS Changes, WordPress Theme Editing, FTP, Responsiveness, Bootstrap, PSD editing, Cross Browsing, Mockups, Live Website front-end corrections, UI changes, Image Correction, Layer Sliders. Templates Customization, Plugin Integration, Apache HTTP Server, MySQL Server, cPanel, WordPress Widgets, Admin Control, NGINX, Shortcodes, Post handling, Vendor Creation, Front End Store, Cart, Sidebar, LAMP, PHP My Admin, WMPL, JQUERY, Video Hosting, Video Streaming, Ad-Posting, MailChimp, Multiple Theme. htaccess, Domain, Subdomain, FTP, Responsiveness, Retina, Jason, Modernizer, Plugin Customization, Analytics, Blog, SEO, Social Integration, Gravity Forms, Donation, including auction and bidding (AUCTIONING & BIDDING: the process of buying and selling goods or services by embedding that process in a web page much the same as eBay allows auctions or instant buys).
WORK & PAYMENT
We have a lot of work and we are looking for qualified individuals or teams to complete the work. Some work will be short term to evaluate your ability for more advanced work, others will be long term to evaluate your creativity, some will be hourly work and others fixed, but work and payment just the same for work completed.
LOCATION AND LANGUAGE
Though we have no issue about your location or country location we do give preference to developers who have mastered English language skills to facilitate better communication in all areas of design and development. We are looking for a Web Developers with a minimum of 3-5 Years professional experience, or alternatively we will create opportunities for talented design students with comprehensive knowledge of front and backend and mobile application development. We need individuals who embrace best practices in CSS file organization and structure! You must have and demonstrate the ability to work with users and set up administrative workflows. EVALUATION
No one appreciates time wasters so we you will be required to provide evidence of your skills by sharing with us your most recent previous work, we may also give you a small job to test you skill set where necessary. All candidates for jobs will be required to undergoing a professional interview with our project manager. All jobs are paid by milestone therefore payment for completed work. We do not expect anyone to work for free and by the same token we do not pay until we mutually agree that the work has been completed as have contracted.
