Photo Contest Website

Looking for someone to help me creat a unique picture/photography based website with a lot of cool custom features. Looking for a fresh clean site and a creative developer. I have a lot of the individual pages mocked up in Word and Powerpoint. However, the will not be shown here due to propietary reasons.

Need a designer who can communicate well, is creative, and has exceptional skill to bring the custom features together. Specifically a point system, voting portal,and some other items.

We are ready to get started with the right design team. Please only serious designers, this is not a template based site.
