Web Site Design and Promotion

I registered multiple domains. I am looking for a designer and promoter that is reliable, talented and effective in design and promotion as well as cost effective.

For starters I would like a design for "[login to view URL]". The goal of this site will be lead generation. I would like subdomains created as well for all cities, i.e. Detroit.Lasikleaders.com. The site must have excellent content relevant to LASIK and be designed and promoted in a manner that leads can be captured and referred to affiliated lasik surgeons. The site should have a component if there is no affiliated surgeon in the city, that the lead is captured for "medical tourism" and directed to the closest affiliated surgeon. When a lead arrives, the site needs to text message all the affiliated offices with an offer to bid on the lead. The bidding will close in 24 hours and the office with the highest bid will be automatically charged (via visa, mastercard or paypal) and the lead will be sent to that bidder. If there are no bids, the lead will be sent to a default email.

A critical component will be lead generation, therefore, SEO and SEM. Ideally the leads will be generated by SEO.

The successful designer will be paid 25% of the fee generated by the highest bidder for at least 6 months. This should be automated as well.

The site should integrate adsense as well.

I also own LASIKLEADS.com. A similar site can be designed/promoted for this domain.

The site should automatically populate every subdomain with information, links to surgeons in the cities close to the subdomain.

The site should integrate social media as well.

A portion of compensation for the designer, coder will be based on generating and sharing revenue from the site.

This project should be completed in 3 months.
