Seeking Netsuite expert 2 enhance & complete ecommerce site

Ecommerce website under construction on the Netsuite platform. I am seeking a person qualified with the Netsuite platform to enhance the site and make the website more user friendly

Add new images and graphics, and new banners (This would include better graphic displays with bigger ICONS with the links embedded in the ICON)

Create a navigation bar on the right

Reduce space on the left

Make the left navigation bar more user friendly

Remove categories in the middle

Discounted price and original price crossed for Promotions and With Class Members

Setup Upsell tools when selecting an item and at checkout

Add some graphic on the right to Promote With Class Membership

Add Promotional images with corresponding link all over the site that can be easily changed

Improve the Wine Club pages to make it more attractive (see [url removed, login to view] as an example)

With Class Membership: Create a subscription page/When login, they should see the original and new price

With Class Membership: Automatically charge them on a monthly basis every first week of the month

With Class Membership: We should be able to identify them easily in the backend

Reformat the display of each individual wine to make it more user friendly and sale oriented

Setup emails corresponding to the checkout process but also for people subscribing to the Newsletter, the Wine Club, and the With Class Membership

Integrate a rating system for customers to rate the wine (5 starts) and having them to leave comments

Make the Wine Guide section more user friendly and link it to a third party site

Enhancing all the categories on the top navigation bar

Appropriation of the tasks while following the suggested links provided as example

FULFILLMENT

Create an import/export system between the fulfillment center and the website

Automation of the system between the fulfillment center and the website

Automatic drop into FTP server of the fulfillment center

Automatically generate files in accordance to the requirements of the fulfillment center

Synch and integrate the tracking system of our shipping company with the website.

Knowledge and experience in Netsuite is a must. The site is being developed in Italian language but it is not require to speak Italian to fulfill this position. Some graphic work and programming are required for this job so it is indispensable for the person applying to know how to do it. Can either agree on an hourly price or on a fixed price for the full project. If we are satisfied with the work on the candidate, it could end-up to become an on-going relationship for the on-going improvement of the site post launch.
