xhtml site building from templates

Hi

I need a freelancer to work on small projects building templates into full websites and adding pictures and content.

It may be taking a template like this and building it into a website:

or maybe taking a framework like this:

and adding jquery slider and content and html embed codes

Essential Skills:

a. Very good communication skills with good written and spoken English.

b. Ability to work on own initiative

c. Good understanding of xhtml

Useful not required:

a. Wordpress

b. psd to html
