Wanting to upgrade an old table-based website with quite a large number of pages to a more modern and efficient css site. Dont need animation or anything fancy, the content is all there, but want to eg add drop-down menus and a sitemap, screen width that resizes to viewer's resolution, etc.
Am a private citizen who built the site on a voluntary basis (it is not a commercial site), so not looking to spend a lot.
