Get a website un-blacklisted

I have a website that was attacked by Malware, and was flagged by Google as a security risk. The site has been updated, and all the malware has been cleaned. But I need to get the site off Google's bad list.

Next steps would be to request review from both Google and McAfee since they were the ones to blacklist the site.
