Fix scraped List or re-scrape

We have a list of companies with their info however we need them per county and to have in a particular county list only info from businesses in that county, and the issue is that there is to many of other counties on the list
we have multiple industries on each county list like dentist, schools etc.
we have many counties, but most important are Bergen County NJ, Rockland County NY, Westchester County NY
the best way to fix this is by getting the correct zip code of each list on a separate column and then search online each county what their zip codes are, and then delete those which are not from that county
or if this is too hard you can re-scrape the whole list from yellow pages but it needs to be fixed with a column of just zip codes like that it will be easy to get a list with only those in the county
each list per county will have in the thousands, can be even 10,000 or 20,000 but once you have a system to work on it, it shouldn't make a difference,
attached is a example of how the zipcodes look but it can be a bit different from list to list
