Increase boot time of windows xp

I've recently learned of Microxp, and its insane boot time of 8-10 seconds. I've installed a copy on a virtual box vm, and while crazy fast, is missing a few components for me. I love that it runs on low memory, under 100 mb ram. But it lacks all printer support, so you can't install a printer. I need printer support.

I've also tried Tiny xp, and its great also, but it doesn't have the fast boot time of micro that I'm looking for, averages about 25 seconds to full boot. I've run it on 192mb ram, but want to get it down less than that, closer to microxp ram. It does come with printer support, that's good.

This project will be for a vm, or an iso or programs &instructions that I can do myself to get as close to 8-10 second boot time, while running on the lowest amount of memory, and still providing printer support.
