Create an .exe for foxpro visual database

create a QUERY .EXE to run through a large horse racing database.
The database held in visual foxpro v6 contains race times and sectional times for resulted horse races.
What i want are the PAR TIMES for full distananc and sectiona time from the database.
1) track name ( 4 or 3 LETTERs )
2) track condition, good or better only ( in the database shown as "G")
3) 1 distance at a time obviously, Nb say taree(tae), all the 1000m in 1 file, all the 1007m in another, Canterbury(cant) is another example, they have 1550m and 1580m, i wouldn't want them to lump the 1000m and 1007m together
4) do in 12 month lots, that way i can look at total data and year by year
5) 1 file for overall times, another for last 600m where available
6) option to chose various periods ..year,month.
