Simple Access Db - 1 Table, 1 Form - rush job

i have attached an Excel spreadsheet with a lsit of items.

These need to be put in an access database into a table called Items_only.

a single form needs to be created with 6 fields and 1 button.

A user types in a lookup code, exits the field and the item is looked up.

there are two use cases. 1 where the item is found, 1 where the item is not found.

The use updates the quantity field and the item is saved with the new quantity added onto the existing quantity (current count).

botth use cases are very simple.

this project needs to be finished with 36 hours from now.
