I want somebody to create a Neopets Autobuyer for my personal use, Neopets is the worlds biggest and most successful Virtual Pet site in the world. The program should have refresh rates, buy/haggle times(all rates and times should be in seconds) Good layout, easy manuvering, Login, and the special codes to login and bypass the r91+ automatically.

I need a program that automatically buys items from the shops automatically. It needs to have a username and password form to login with(also has a code you have to enter to login with, should be put in automatically when it goes to login), a place to upload an item list (EX: itemlist.txt) the program needs to automatically enter the 3 letter code when it trys to buy an item that is r 91+. It will need a shops list that i can pick which shop i want to run the autobuyer in, refreshing rates for when there are no items stocking, when items are stocking, and the buy/haggle pages. Also a very easy and cool layout that will be easy for me to use. Would be cool if you could add some neopets pictures to it as well.
