Write file create macro in Excel

Create a macro or program that will loop through a list of data and create a .dat file for each row. One fieldthe attached, I need to create a .dat file for every row. Data is in excel or open Office spreadsheet.
The columns are:
A: the data
B: File name
C: path
D: concatenation of path and file name
I already have a macro to write one file at a time. Need to automate the naming and looping. Please see attached the excel spreadsheet and a smple file.
This is the first time I have used a site like this and I may have other prjects to add later.
