19616 Small VBA script

I am looking for a small VBA script to be written in Excel. Added to a button, of an Excel sheet. I want to click the button and the script runs and does it thing. The script must open a simple .txt file (Thunderbird email inbox), and parse through all the data searching for email addresses. When it finds an email address, write the email to the 2nd sheet on the spreadsheet. This should be a very simple project for someone who know VB and/or VBA. Thanks,
