I need someone who is a frequent user of PayPal. I want practical and technical solution to bypass the 21 days hold by PayPal. Sometimes you receive a payment but it's pending until 21 days. I know that if you provide tracking number the money will released shorter, I know all these public-available solutions. What I am looking for is more Technical solution that will not let the hold happens in the first place OR how to have the funds released immediately.
