Editing Needed On Presentation Video

Hello, I'm looking for a seasoned editor to edit together different footage from a presentation I gave. I have a series of videos from my Flip camera, a video from my DVX100A and another short series of videos. PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY CONSIDER EDITORS WHO INCLUDE THEIR PREVIOUS EDITING WORK IN THEIR BID. Also this is the first time I've outsourced editing so I'll need your help in the following: 1) Getting the videos to you. 2) Getting the edited content back from you and importing it into Final Cut Studio 2. Please ask and all questions in your bid. This is new for me so I want to make sure all bases are covered. Thanks in advance.
## Deliverables
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
