Convert MP3 to Video and Upload to Youtube

I have between 375-400 MP3's on an FTP account. Some are 1 Hour, Many are 15 Minutes, and some may be 1/2 hour.
This job will entail downloading all the MP3's then converting them to WMV files and adding fractal or pattern visuals in each one.
They then need to be uploaded to my Youtube Account with the MP3 Name in the title, and then add my website URL via the Youtube Editor to each one.
The winner must also tell me the programs they used and teach me so when I add more I can duplicate the results myself. I prefer a free program.
To be considered, please send me examples of what kind of fractal or visual you can add to the mp3's.
