Travel Information Experts Required - Greece

We at Zen3 are trying to build travel experience related portal. In this we are trying to cover various international Travel Destinations and trying to get the feel of the actual place for the tourists.

We need people who can help us with the details of every nook and corner of the below listed Travel destinations. We need 1 Point Of Contact for each destination.

Qualifying criteria

- You should be staying in one of these Travel Destinations

- You should be associated Travel & Tourism industry(Travel Guide or a Ranger is most preferred)

- You should be tech savvy so that you can help us with the information over spreadsheets or word files.

- You should know English(Read, write & speak)

The Scope of work will involve the following for each destination:

1. Important Tips for the travelers (Please refer the attached document) - At least 30 to 50 tips

-These tips are supposed to be unique

-These tips should be from your travel experience and exposure to the destination

-No repetition should be there

-The tips should be specific and should have complete information

-GPS locations, Phone Numbers, Public contacts, links etc. can be included

-2 to 4 lines at the most(<75 words)

2. Adding caption(1 sentence <=20 words) to 10 images & 5 videos (Links provided by us)

3. Further adding 4 to 5 sentence(<=100 words) description for each image & video

4. Destination overviews for the Travel destination(4 to 5 sentences <=100 words) -

- What is the destination about & why should it matter to the individual?

- Who is it for & what can they look forward to?

5. Top Point of Interests - Attractions & Experiences (around 10 to 15 points of interest)

- 2 to 3 sentence description per point of interest/experience(<=50 words)

- Each with additional insight / tip content of 3-4 sentences (<= 75 words)

6. List of Neighborhoods(List 10 most known neighborhoods - tourist perspective)

- Neighborhood image captions - approximately upto 100 captions in total(Images provided by us)

- 1 sentence caption (<= 20 words)

7. Neighborhood / area description(For each of the neighborhood listed by you)

- Traveler-oriented description of each neighborhood

- 1-2 paras of text per neighborhood(<= 100 words)

- To answer ‘What is the soul of this area? What is unique and of interest to the traveler?’

- For e.g. - If hotels, what type? If access to metro, which lines? Which museums are nearby? Etc.

8. Suggested Itinerary - Please suggest the total days needed to cover this destination & the recommended itinerary for each day.

- Multiple Tips to be 2-3 lines each (<=50 words)

9. Where To Stay - 4-5 sentences per destination(<= 100 words)

10. What To Buy -

- 1-2 sentences describing item and why we recommend to buy (<= 50 words)

- Tips and insights on where to buy, what to look out for – 4-5 sentences, <=100 words

- 10 – 30 items per destination

11. Best Things to Eat -

- 1-2 sentences describing item and why we recommend to try (<= 50 words)

- Tips and insights on where to eat, what to look out for – 4-5 sentences, <=100 words

- 10 – 30 such items per destination

12. Where to Shoot Best Photographs -

- Each photo to be accompanied by write up telling when, where, how to get that exact photo in 5-6 sentences (<=150 words)

- 10 – 30 such items per destination

13. When to Visit

- High-level overview for entire year (4-5 lines, <=100 words)

14. Need To Know

- Want to be detailed, help traveler avoid anxiety

- 5-10 sentences (<=200 words) for each topic

- ~30 topics per destination

15. Most recommended blogs & vlogs list

The expected TAT for this project is 1 week from the date of assignment

1. Point 1 to be delivered in 24 to 48 hrs of assignment

2. Remaining aspects to be delivered within a week of task assignment

Overall budget for this task is $200 which will be divided in 2 milestones.
