Create 3D sketchup model of house and surrounding houses from DWG files and photos provided. Please only apply if you are experienced in sketchup/3d modelling & take pride in creating clean, accurate and organised sketchup models.
We Require the following within 24 hours:
- clean and accurate sketchup model (2017 pro) with layers
- show main house and details to include windows, down pipes lights etc (as shown in dwg files)
- show surrounding buildings (basic massing is ok)
- surrounding buildings must be on separate layer so easily turned off with one click
- make main house a component and on separate layer so can be easily turned off with one click
- do not show materials, but please show glazing as transparent. White/grey colour is fine. Please show water feature very dark grey, 100mm deep (water level to be flush with external ground level)
- please show proposed furniture in Formal & Informal Living/dining areas (no materials, white is fine). We can provide more information on the furniture selection once you are appointed
- set up camera views as shown in A200
We will provide:
- ground floor plan (dwg)
- first floor plan (dwg)
- elevations (dwg)
