459902 free template need two sections removed...

I have a free template from OSDATE. I need someone who can possiby remove two sections from the site. There is a scroll down section for "Couples and Groups." I want them removed from the site. I don't want questionable behavioral practices on the site. Does anyone have the technology to remove it? I was told that it may not be able to be removed because it is a free template and the way it is formated. Please help!
