Putty / SSH Tutorial w/ screenshots

I'm looking for a tutorial showing Windows users how to:

1. Download Putty

2. connect to an Ubuntu box I control

3. change their password using 'passwd'

SSH instructions should be in <code>blocks as appropriate, and it would be nice to have screenshots of Putty.
