Server Migration (20 sites + PM system)

I am migrating 20 websites (mostly wordpress sites) from my current VPS provider (SolarVPS) to a new managed VPS (Arvixe). Slightly more complex, I also have a project management system ([url removed, login to view]) installed on the server that will need to be migrated as well.

I am looking for someone that can help with this project from start to finish. Finish meaning that all of the sites function and appear the same on the new server as the old server, and email is functional as well.

I would like to schedule the server migration for this weekend in the overnight hours (after 10pm) PDT. I would like to use Skype chat to coordinate on the migration process.

I will also need help cleaning some old files from the server prior to the migration.

Also, the site has three SSL certificates that would need to be successfully transferred.
