Install SSL for Spiceworks on Windows

We have an SSL certificate in CRT format, and have installed it already on our main website running on IIS. However, we struggled to get it installed on Spiceworks (which runs it's own Apache on the same server), so we require that installing.
We will provide you with the CRT certificate which you will need to convert into the required format (p7b I believe), along with access via RDP.
