Webmin + Postfix for bulk mail

I need an expert in Webmin, postfix and CentOS.

I need an expert can do a step-by-step manual to install Webmin and postfix for mass mail server, the manual must be completely detailed install Webmin and the postfix mail server and everything that is necessary to send bulk mail, the server will always have to install CentOS 6.

The manual should detail how to configure a domain in the server, ftp, DNS and everything you need to run the domain on the server, I also need to install a script for bulk mail, I regularly use one called "Email Marketer" do not need manual to install "Email Marketer" but if I need to know how to create a database, install a cronjob, create email accounts and I need a webmail to be able to check mail online. also I need how to configure PHP to support IMAP.

The requirements for "Email Marketer" bulk email software are as follows:
