Structural engineering calculation of wood beam sizes

I need an engineering calculation to determine the necessary sizing of wood beam headers for a T shaped wall opening. Details are in the attached PDF file, along with 3D drawing images.
Question: What size wood beams (nominal 4x8, 4x10, 4x12, doubled 2x12, etc.) are needed for the two headers in this configuration? The wood will be standard douglas fir no. 2.
Alternate question: If the 12' span as described cannot be supported with a maximum of nominal 4x12 douglas fir headers, how long an opening from the top of the T can be supported using 4x12 headers (and how much further into the wall would the header beam need to extend)?
