Privact Policy link

Hi,

I need a piece of code creating which can be added to the 'code injection box' which aplies to the footer of a squarespace site.

I need the code to centre a Privacy Policy link at the bottom of the page and follow the body copy in style. The home page has a full screen image and no evident footer but I think the Privacy policy should go on here?. Is it possible to force the text onto each page (in the same position) no matter what the content and make it so that the link is light on a dark background and vice versa?

The site isn't live yet so I need be be able to add in the true page reference before I go live.

Please let me know if you can do the above work with specific replies and if you have done similar things and preferrably in Squarespace.
