PYTHON- interpolation with resampling. Then logan plot

I need to plot a time-activity curve for measured data. The time intervals are irregular so i need to interpolate with resampling so that data is sampled every 15 seconds.

Cref (y axis) is the activity which has the following array array([ 0. , 348.983 , 4432.77 , 9858.942 , 13230.724 ,

the time (x axis) in seconds has the following uneven time intervals: [15,

I need to resample so that data is sampled every 15 seconds.

Following this I have Ctarget which has the array:array([ 0. , 581.7311, 5851.433 , 10426.111 , 12422.851 ,

12678.066 , 12457.852 , 12037.824 , 12438.576 , 12301.788 ,

12192.244 , 11718.365 , 11949.461 , 11511.533 , 10947.356 ,

5379.143 , 4870.8496, 4581.016 , 4058.3743, 3838.395 ,

It has the same issue where the time is in unequal intervals.

Once this is sorted I need to do a logan plot for these two regions (Cref and Ctarget)

The equation for this logan plot is a straight line- with the function given in the screenshot (requires an integration function where the limits are 0 to 3600). Need the gradient to be generated as a number after.
