We need a project manager to report to our director on the following projects:
*We utilize a variety of outsourced talent virtually who are milestone driven we need managed on a bi-weekly basis*
Experience
-EXPERIENCE IN TECHNOLOGY AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT MUST
-Candidate will have project management experience (Asana, Trello or other a plus)
-Website updates and design ( PHP and Wordpress)
-Scraping and lead generation project ( Lead generation through an AI based system)
-Marketing initiatives ( Video and content creation/ E-flyers/ Postcards/ Landing Pages)
-Reputation Management and SEO ( Backlinks and reclaiming accounts to clean up profiles)
-Content Creation ( Managing writers and Social Media creation)
-Advertising on social Media ( Creation and AB testing of targeted ads)
-Location Based Advertising ( Testing ROI )
-Targeting Prospects (Cold calling, Email research etc)
-Graphic Design
-Property Research ( Researching ownership and obtaining correct information of ownership/ Opinion of Value reports )
-Marketing of Properties ( Flyer Creation/ Showing Feedback/ Owner Reports)

Conquest A LTD is a privately owned real estate advisor primarily focused on brokerage, development and private equity. It provides its services to Individuals, Family Offices, Developers, Owners, and Opportunity Funds.
The firms brokerage activities have spanned both commercial and residential transactions including new development, building conversions, hotel and office buildings, apartment purchases, and commercial leasing. The firm has participated in a number of development activities including multi-family buildings and apartment renovations.
The firm also provides private equity services. These services range from sourcing LP capital, for Sponsors to advisory engagements targeting opportunistic and value added investments.
