This application reads the configuration in XML format, which contains register addresses (to be read). There will be two threads: First thread: Based on configuration,reads data using a protocol(using libmodbus) and fills the memory .
Second thread: reads the memory and transmits data using HTTP command and using libmqtt.
We prefer not to use any heavy library/tools.
