We are looking for programmer who can create live transcoder using Raspberry Pi GPU libraries (Broadcom).

Input stream will be h264 or mpeg2 with audio (there is no need to transcode audio), packed as UDP MPEG2-TS.

Output should be multiple h264 streams in 4 bitrates/resolutions (ie 720p, 480p, 360p), packed as MPEG2-TS, and deinterlaced.

Streams are live.

Experience with similar projects is REQUIRED (ie. low level hardware programming on ARM CPUs).
